Good times!

It's being such a long journey, one meeting after another, very busy. My calendar is crazy busy, either I'm going around sharing in different places or I'm working on building connections over the internet and telephone, and I get very tired, I have had 2 weeks in a whole without break couple times since I got here. BUT Lord is good and raised some people to support me offering some time of rest and fun! In the end of March my friend from MN sponsored me to visit LA with her, in April I got to visit Tahoe for Amy's Middleton birthday and on Easter holiday I went Abalone diving in the cold waters in north CA with a group of friends from Oak Hills Church! I thank Lord for those experiences, it makes me rejoice in Him and praise Him, I was crying and praising Him when I went to Indiana Jones ride...just cause He is good for me all the time, He provides for every single need we have, even those ones we didn't know we had!

Even I've being sharing a lot around, the support is still slowly developing, but it is in God's hand. I've faced couple struggles and the Lord is working in some areas that I didn't know I needed healing, it's being a challenging time up here in USA! So in the mean time I make myself enjoy by meeting with different people and seeing God work in different aspects of my life!

Please pray for my mom's surgery recovering, she did had a benign tumor on her uterus but it is gone now! Also for the girls I do bible study in Brazil: Tatiane, Flavia, Tauane and Ariane, we were having such a good time studying God's word before I leave, pray for encouragement for them!

God takes care of everything! We need to surrender to Him!

Working and Growing!

It's been 6 weeks I'm in America! I've been meeting and connecting with people, sharing in different groups settings and raising support!!! I've had the privilege to see wonderful people that I've met in Brazil, reconnect and be encouraged by them, share struggles and prayer request, and it is been helping a lot throughout this whole raising support process!

Yes it is a process! I didn't have idea of how big, detailed, complicated and tiring this would be. It is a challenge learning how to do it as I'm doing it! It's being hard, but I can't denay that I'm growing a lot throughout that. When I wake up worried with all I have to do, my day doesn't end the way I expected...When I wake up not worring with things that I can't do on my own, and I try to not exactly fit in that day according the way "I think" it should be and, instead I do what I’m suppose to do for that day but watching what God is doing and then join in what He is already doing, then I end my day smiling and praising Him for amazing things that He did and I didn't expected at all!!!

Another challenge it's sharing my complete testimony. I'm sure many of you haven't heard the entire history. I always had a hard time sharing it, I was ashamed about my past. But I've experienced how God can use our past for His glory, if we surrender to Him, love Him and seek for His purposes, his will instead of ours... (All things works to the good for those who loves Him and are called according with His purpose...Rm8:28).

More than just raising support, sharing my heart with people is enabling me to be healed, allows me to actually see how God has carried me through until this point (wich has drawn me more and more to Him) and as I share my heart, God bless people with the history that He own has wrote in my life...Praise Him! You should find God's people and share your heart as well!

The last thing I want to share about my short journey in USA its about my hosting family, the Middleton are an awesome family! Everyone get surprised when I say I'm living with a family who got 5 kids and they are all homeschooled! It's being my pleasure share with those people what a blessing being there is for me and how I've learned a lot from them, like parenting and family stuff! Praise the Lord for families like theirs!

Isn't it awesome how much God can done in such a short period of time?! Surrender your will, your own way to do things to Him and you will experience His amazing ways to be your God! This is my verse for this Lent season: “You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart" Jr 29:13
